at Rs.2000-3500 from the date of regularization of service in the category of Vocational Instructor with revision of pay scale by extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.327 School Education Department dated 18.11.2013 in favour of the petitioner with all consequential and monetary benefit including arrears of salary.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.K.H.Ravi Kumar, learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that the issue arise in the present writ petition is covered by an order passed by the Full Bench of Madurai Bench of this Court in W.A(MD).No.201 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021.

This Court is also convinced that the issue is squarely covered by the decision of the Full bench and the learned counsel for the petitioner having gone through the said order dated 05.03.2021 fairly submitted that the relief sought in the present writ petition is covered by the said order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the Full Bench of Madurai Bench of this Court. 3.

In the light of the above, as the issue is covered by an order Page No.2 of 4

passed by the Full Bench of Madurai Bench of this Court, the relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed and the connected miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. No costs. 30.08.2024 Index :
