The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint dated 03.02.2017 and to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's presence is required before the first respondent, for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent, on 23.06.2017 at 10.30a.m. for enquiry, on which date, the enquiry should be completed.
