(CRIME NO.47/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 7647 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 9213 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.B.KAYVIN PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7647 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9213 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 1st and 3rd Monday of every English calender month, until further orders.
