This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in representing the above miscellaneous petition in WMP SR.No.114907 of 2019 in W.P.No.1944 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3. Consequently, the Registry is directed to process the W.M.P.SR.No.114907 of 2019 and number the same, if it is otherwise in order.
