Crl.O.P.No.30800 of 2014 P.N.PRAKASH,J It is represented that the petitioner had reported before the respondent police on four days and thereafter on account of his illness, he was unable to report before the Police as directed by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner underwent heard surgery. Under such circumstances, the entire condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

3. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall have to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
