This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 07.05.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 07.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
