ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28815 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28815 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 18.02.2025 stn To The Inspector of Police, Jolarpet Police Station, Thirupathur District.
