This civil revision is coming up today for admission. When this matter came up for hearing on 12.02.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this court had directed the revision petition to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter further. Therefore, this court is inclined to dismiss the civil revision petition for non prosecution by the petitioner. This civil revision petition is dismissed accordingly for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
