Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enhance the claims from Rs 6,50,000/- to Rs 12,00,000/- by amending the Col 21 of the claim petition in O.P.No. 2252 of 2006 on the file of IV Jude, Small Causes Court, Chennai (in CMP.5787/18) in CMA.77/11.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.G.BALACHANDRAN Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
