(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Both the writ appeals arise out of the common order dated 24.11.2025 passed in WP Nos.25843 and 20729 of 2025, respectively.

2. During the pendency of the appeals, the parties have entered into a compromise and a memo of compromise dated 15.04.2026 is produced before the Court.

In view of the above, both the writ appeals stand disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise dated 15.04.2026. The memo of compromise shall form part of the records.
