PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ by calling for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.6793/2009/A7 dated 12.07.2013 and the consequential proceedings of the 1st respondent in its letter No.20190/TP1/2013-2 dated 08.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's seniority at Sl.No.184 int he seniority of Executive Officer Grade I for the year 2010-2011 and give him further promotions and fixation accordingly with all attendant and consequential benefits.
