This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dated 19.08.2011 made in I.A.No.1585 of 2010 in O.S.No.482 of 2004, on the file of the Additional Munsif, Tindivanam.

2. This Court on 03.08.2020 has directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the respondents on or before 25.08.2020 and observed that failing which, the revision shall be dismissed automatically without any further reference and the matter was directed to be listed today "for reporting complaince" on 28.08.2020 and this matter is listed today. Even today, the petitioners have not complied with the said order.
