The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.01.2014 to reimburse the medical expenses sustained by the writ petitioner under the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS).

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Scheme (ECHS) is applicable to the writ petitioner and he is subscribing for the medical scheme. In spite of the fact that the petitioner is eligible to avail benefit of medical reimbursement under the scheme cited supra, his case has not been considered without any valid reasons. In this regard, the writ petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 27.01.2014 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.
Thus, without going into the merits of the matter the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar AT To
