This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-Management challenging the award dated 11.08.2011 passed in I.D.No.12 of 2007 by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, a Joint Memo dated 19.11.2019 is filed by the parties to the writ petition stating that a joint Memo of Understanding dated 21.07.2017 was entered into between the parties and therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of, accordingly.

3. The learned counsels appearing for the respective parties submitted that in view of the joint Memo of Understanding entered into between the parties on 21.07.2017, this writ petition may be closed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no further order is necessary. The joint memo filed by the parties along with enclosures viz., Memo of Understanding dated 21.07.2017 shall form part of the order. No costs.
