ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a complaint dated 26.04.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.471/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
