ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982, R/w 7(1) a(ii) of E.C Act, 1958, in Crime No.154 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in the case of illicit transport of PDS rice of 27,551 Kilograms. The FIR indicates that the petitioner/owner of the lorry who is arrayed as accused in the case registered for illegal transportation of 27,551 kilograms of PDS rice was earlier granted anticipatory bail. But, he could not comply with the condition. Now, he come forward with second application for anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the facts of the case and that the petitioner is in default and not complied with the order and ten months have lapsed. Hence, this Court will not entertain this petition both on law and facts. Hence, dismissed.
