Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner Association dated 12.02.2017 and to pass orders by framing regulations/guidelines for selection to the post of Noon Meal Organizer, Cook and Cook Assistant by adopting method of selection involving participation of School Management and in compliance with other legal requirements. The petitioner Association has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on their representation dated 12.02.2017 for framing regulations/guidelines for selection to the post of Noon Meal Organizer, Cook and Cook Assistant by adopting method of selection involving participation of school Management and also in compliance of the legal requirements, on the basis of the order dated 17.10.2012 passed by this Court in a batch of writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitions viz., W.P.(MD) Nos.7981 of 2012 etc.
2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner Association, on the basis of the order dated 17.10.2012 passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.(MD) Nos.7981 of 2012 etc., preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
