C.M.P.No.15683 of 2022 in A.S.No.528 of 2020 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

Regarding the proposed parties to be impleaded in the present miscellaneous petition their parents filed O.S.No.7740 of 1975 and a judgment was delivered on 02.03.1975. The said judgment was taken by way of an Appeal in A.S.No.779 of 1979 and a decree was confirmed in judgment dated 18.07.1986.

2. Therefore, their impleadment became unnecessary and if at all they claim any further right or otherwise, they are at liberty to institute a fresh Suit in the manner known to law for establishing their right.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
