(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that there is an encroachment on the pavement, which is by the side of his house situated at Old No.35, New No.71, Strahans Road, Pattalam, Chennai-600 012.

3. The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2018 which relates to the encroachment on the pavement abutting to his house.

4. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2018 will be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8042 of 2019 is closed.
