Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records about the proceedings of the 1st respondent herein in his proceedings ROC No.14159/2018/A1 dated 08.06.2018 and consequential proceedings NA.KA.14159/2018/A1 dated 26.12.2018 and NA.KA.14159/2018/A1 dated 15.10.2019, quash the same as improper and incompetent and ultra virus and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with effect from 08.06.2018 with all back wages.
