This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title by denoting the name Abinaya, the 2nd Petitioner herein by deleting the word minor in the CMA against the Judgment and Decree 26.08.2022 and made in MACTOP No.148/2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (in the II Court of Small Cause, Chennai).

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition.
