This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.2 imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.145 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed a condition No.2, that "the petitioner is directed to sign before the Town Police Station, Nagerkoil, weekly twice on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m until further orders". However, the petitioner submits that due to the said condition he got difficulties for attending his works. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.
Heard the learned Additional Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the reason stated by the petitioner for not comply the order in
Crl.MP.No.145 of 2022 is reasonable one. Hence, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
