2.A.No.854 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the applicants 2 to 5 / proposed plaintiffs 4 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd plaintiff.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these applications are allowed.

4.The plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment to the cause title of the plaint.
