ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First to Third Respondents to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 27.12.2019, and thereby direct the Fourth Respondent to hand over the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-23-AH-9970 (Tata Motor Maxi Cab) to the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the vehicle was purchased through private official, subsequently the said vehicle sold out in favour of the Fourth Respondent, on assurance that he would settle the entire amount to the Private Finance Limited. Now the Fourth Respondent did not settle the amount to the Private Finance Limited.
3. Therefore, the entire allegations are Civil in nature and the Writ Petition itself not at all maintainable under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as devoid on merits. No costs.
