This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order of this Court, dated 11.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13754 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9355 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners shall continue with the conditions imposed by an order dated 11.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13754 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9355 of 2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the petitioners herein.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
