Mr.T.Kumaravijayan, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the second respondent and he has no objection for condoning the delay.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition seeking to condone the delay in filing the appeal stands allowed.

Let appropriate number be allotted to the matter. The appeal will appear a fortnight hence showing the name of Mr.T.Kumaravijayan, as counsel for the second respondent in the cause-list.
