This application was filed for payment out of a sum of Rs.2,28,024/-, which is deposited before this Hon'ble Court in A.No.3133 of 2019.

2. Subsequent to the Garnishee order passed by this Court on 27.09.2019, the Garnishee had deposited a sum of Rs.2,28,024/-.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the learned Arbitrator had passed an award dated 12.07.2019 directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.19,00,553/- to the claimant. The learned counsel would submit that the said award was not challenged by the respondents as on date.

4. It is further submitted that Rs.2,28,024/- is now standing to the credit of A.No.3133 of 2019. Therefore, the applicant seeks the order for payment out for the said amount.

5. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and perusing the materials available on record, this Court is satisfied and inclined to order payment out of a sum of Rs.2,28,024/-.

6. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for, by directing the Registry to release the payment out for the entire amount which are available in the account of A.No.3133 of 2019 to and in favour of the applicant.
