Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the non applicants. This is an application for condonation of delay of 421 days in filing the appeal.

2. It is submitted that the order impugned in the present appeal is also assailed by the first respondent. The said appeal is also numbered and is listed today bearing W.A.No.2493 of 2023. The present appeal can certainly be heard along with the said appeal.

3. In light of the above, the delay of 421 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of. The appeal be numbered and posted along with W.A.No.2493 of 2023 on 26.04.2024.
