This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 05.03.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.04.2015. It is further submitted that petition enquiry on the subsequent complaint was also conducted and closed on 06.03.2015. A copy of both the Closure Reports has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
