This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to Crime No.60 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Saravanampatti Police Station, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore and quash the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during pendency of this case, the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.74 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
