ORDER
In a proposed suit for damages in relation to the losses incurred by the plaintiff on account of a fire, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents before this Court.
2. In the draft plaint, it is stated that the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court where the goods were handed over to the second respondent. On perusal of the draft plaint and on considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
