ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2017 vide CSR.No.16/2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.SR.No.16/2017 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 10.02.2017
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to closure of the petitioner's complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
5. The second respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
