This application has been filed to receive 12 photographs obtained from a pendrive as additional document on the side of the plaintiff.

2. The respondent / defendant filed a counter by stating that the photographs are created belatedly just to support the false claim of the applicant and the reasons for producing these photographs with an inordinate delay is also not explained satisfactorily; the photographs are not relevant to the present case and the application has been filed just to drag the proceedings.

3. Since the application has been filed just to receive certain additional documents and the defendant is entitled to make all his objections when the documents are marked, I feel that this application can be allowed on conditions.

4. Accordingly this application is allowed subject to proof and relevancy and on condition that the applicant should produce a certificate under Section 65B of Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
