Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.580 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
