This petition has been filed to implead the defacto complainant viz., B.Jayaraman S/o.Balu Naidu as second respondent in Crl.RC.No.897 of 2021.
2. Today when the criminal miscellaneous petition is came up for hearing, Mr.Sai Shravan Kumar, learned counsel (Enrl.No.3145 of 2015) takes notice on behalf of the defacto complainant / proposed second respondent. He is not having any objection in allowing this petition. Further, this petition has been filed only to implead the defacto complainant as a party to the proceedings in Crl.RC.No.897 of 2021, which is filed as against the order passed in the petition filed under Section 239 of Cr.P.C.
