The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 of I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions and District Judge, Ariyalur SubCourt for SC/ST [Prevention of Atrocities] Amendment Act 2015 to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.74 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions and District Judge, Ariyalur Sub-Court for SC/ST [Prevention of Atrocities] Amendment Act 2015, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions and District Judge, Ariyalur Sub-Court for SC/ST [Prevention of Atrocities] Amendment Act 2015 to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
