ORDER
On earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 13.12.2018, there was no representation for the Petitioner and even on the next hearing, i.e, on 20.12.2018, when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, on 20.12.2018, this court directed the Registry to print the name of the Petitioner in the cause list. Even today, i.e. 03.01.2019, while the name of the Petitioner is printed in the cause list and the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP.Nos.
1 and 2 of 2011 is closed.
