O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to register FIR on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 12.01.2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mohan and Muruganandam represented to the petitioner that they are the Directors of 'True Life Global Projects' that they have a contract to maintain BSNL Towers for maintaining and fuelling the BSNL Towers. Sub contract was offered and they have collected money from nearly 15 persons to the tune of Rs.71 lakhs but sub contract was not given. Therefore, this complaint for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the allegations in the complaint shows that 15 persons said to have been cheated and therefore, the police is enquiring the matter.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within, a period of three weeks and take appropriate action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. The result of the enquiry, should be made known to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
