Today when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate produced the copy of the proceedings of the first respondent/Municipality in Na.Ka.No.1047/2017/F1 dated 22.01.2021, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's representation for regularization was rejected on 25.06.2018. As such, the disobedience alleged on the part of the respondents in the present Writ Petition, cannot be termed as 'willful' in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
