This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 11828 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12464 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and this Petition stands allowed.
