ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his Coir Unit situated at R.S.No.146/2, Muruganthozhuvu Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District.

2. It is seen that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent police on 10.01.2019 and seeks police protection.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019 and to pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
