This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order and decree made in I.A.No.172 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.2333 of 2010 dated 24.04.2012 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai and to issue hand subpoena to the Singapore Consulate at No.7, North Boag Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17 and direct them to furnish the particulars before the Hon'ble Court in respect of cancellation of dependant visa issued in favour of the petitioner/wife by the Singapore ministry of Man Power under No.G5865574R such as date of issue, date of cancellation, on what basis the dependant visa was issued to the petitioner and on what basis the same was cancelled. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
