O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 07.12.2017 against the Pappan alais Palanisamy and his wife Chitra and also in name of the SRO Nambiyur who aided them to do such criminal act by registering a false Settlement Deed which happen to be registered after petitioner sale deed on the petitioner lands and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
