ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to reject the proceedings in E.P.No.56 of 2014 in A.R.C.No.703 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Ranipet, Vellore District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners and first respondent present. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are paying Rs.10,000/- per month towards rental arrears. 4.The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that there is huge arrears, but in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are paying towards part payment, nothing survives for adjudication as of now.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
