This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 11823 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12424 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
