The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that he has sent a memo through e-mail to the Joint Registrar with regard to the death of the petitioner and that has been acknowledged by the Registry also. He further submitted that as on today, the petitioner does not have any legal heir and the matter itself is abated.

3. The memo is recorded. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment immediately, since the matter already got abated, due to the death of the petitioner. Accordingly this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated.
