This Court, vide order dated 14.11.2019, while granting bail, has directed the petitioner to stay and appear before the Inspector of Police, Palakkarai Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30am until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner has filed CMP.No.18400 of 2019, which vide order dated 20.12.2019, was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the first respondent/police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. Seeking further relaxation, the petitioner has come up with this miscellaneous petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the aforesaid direction of this Court without any default and hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2019 may be relaxed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the said submission.

av 4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the first respondent/police, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the first respondent/police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for three months and thereafter, as and when required. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
