ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The contempt is a complaint of the order dated 01.02.2023 made in W.P.No.2185 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a communication from the Block Development Officer, Vennandur Block, dated 06.09.2024 stating that all the encroachments have been removed on 03.07.2024 and 05.08.2024. A report 2/4

of the Thasildar has also been filed.

3. The photograph produced also shows that the encroachment have been removed. Since the encroachment have been removed, nothing survives in this contempt. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
