Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a WRIT OF CERITIORARIFIED MANDAMUS or ay appropriate WRIT or ORDER or DIRECTION in the nature of the WRIT calling for the records relating to the proceedings in No. Pen/I/Pt.10494/153/45265 dated 21.07.2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to quash same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders for the payment of the pension amount, duly computed and pay the arrears of the pension amount payable to Deceased N.Nagalingam and the family pension to the petitioner with all the arrears due to her from 06.02.2012 with interest at the rate of 15% per annum.
