(CRIME NO.476/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24997/2021 dated 20/12/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments ofM/S B.SUNDARAPANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24997 of 2021 by order dated 20.12.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditions.
